Buying a corset online means that the size might not be a perfect fit. We understand that, despite our best efforts to showcase all of our products' colors and details accurately, something might arrive that is not exactly as expected.
We want to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable and easy as possible. If your corset doesn't fit perfectly, or isn't the exact color you were expecting, then feel free to exchange or return it.
Corsets may be returned for a full refund, for any reason, within 45 days of receipt. You'll be responsible for shipping your order back to us, but we will be happy to refund the full purchase price including original shipping fees. Corset must be in new condition for a return or exchange.

Timeless Trends offers free shipping on your first exchange within 45 days of receipt for all US customers. It's the customers' responsibility to mail their exchanges back to us, but we will cover the shipping costs on the new corset at no charge. Corset must be in new condition for a return or exchange.
For subsequent exchanges, international exchanges or exchanges older than 45 days, customers will be responsible to cover all shipping costs which can be paid either via a credit card over the phone or we will be happy to send out a Paypal invoice.

We recommend customers who are exchanging their corset send us an email to let us know which style/size they'd like to exchange for. We can then place that corset on hold.
