Timeless Trends is committed to quality. All of our corsets are cut from an authentic Victorian pattern from circa 1880. They are all made with three layers of material: two layers of cotton twill for strength and an outer layer of either silk, leather, cotton or denim. In order to insure stability, comfort, and strength, we use 26 spiral steel stays, a steel busk and 6 flat steel bars for all our corsets except for the leather. Because of the leather's firm attribute, it is consructed differently with only 20 stays. Photographed here is the steel busk and spiral steel stays that we use.
